Adding a Primary Care physician for a Nursing home position in Indiana
Our client located in Marion Indiana is recruiting for a BC Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice group. Enjoy the security of hospital employment with excellent benefits.
- Employment contract is a five-year agreement with guaranteed base salary. 1:4 call (phone calls). No ED call.
- Five weeks of paid vacation, one week CME with an initial signing bonus of $40,000. $20,000 each consecutive contract year beginning with year two.
- Moving allowance $10,000 and CME expense package $3,000
- Benefit package includes: health, life, dental and fully paid long-term and short-term disability Plus a 403(b) retirement program with employer paid match, paid malpractice insurance, paid cell phone / PDA allowance and aid Indiana Medical, DEA & CSR licenses and up to two medical organization memberships.
